In recent years, too many powers have been centralized in the IGP’s office. Key departments like Works and Logistics now fall prey to nepotism, eroding efficiency and confidence. IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu should decentralize authority and empower every department. Strong institutions—not concentrated power—build true professionalism and public trust.
