ADC Supporters Accuse Presidency of Orchestrating Internal Crisis

The Grassroots Mobilisation Network, a constituency group of the African Democratic Congress, claims President Tinubu’s recent remarks at the Presidential Villa confirm the Presidency’s role in destabilising the party. In a statement, the group’s secretary said the President’s suggestion that a former VP planned to "privatise" the ADC is misleading. They insist the party’s leadership was elected under its constitution, the Electoral Act and INEC guidelines. While endorsing respect for court orders, the network warned against political interference in judicial matters. It also called on Nigerians, civil society and the judiciary to resist any attempt to undermine opposition parties.
