Court Hears Alleged D4vd Messages About Pregnancies In Teen’s Death Case

Court Hears Alleged D4vd Messages About Pregnancies In Teen’s Death Case

Prosecutors in Los Angeles said alleged text messages recovered from singer D4vd’s iCloud account discussed pregnancies involving 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez and alleged terminations. The messages were reportedly presented during a preliminary hearing. Prosecutors said some of the conversations dated to 2022, when the girl was 11. D4vd, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, has pleaded not guilty to charges including the alleged killing of the teenager, continuous abuse of a minor and mutilation of remains. Prosecutors allege he acted after she threatened to expose their relationship, an allegation he denies. The hearing is expected to continue next week.

The allegations described are deeply troubling, especially because they involve a 14-year-old and reported pregnancies.

Do the reported messages form part of the court evidence, or are they only allegations being discussed?

People should follow the hearing carefully, separate reported allegations from findings, and avoid spreading unverified claims.
