Hiring Entry-Level Real Estate Sales & Business Development Officers

We are recruiting 50 entry-level Sales & Business Development Officers to drive growth in our real estate division. Roles are available in Ikeja, Victoria Island, Ikorodu, and Mowe (Redem Camp). Salary ranges from ₦130,000 to ₦150,000 plus commissions. You will sell estate properties and land, build strong client relationships, conduct market research, negotiate deals, and represent the company at industry events. You’ll work closely with internal teams to meet sales targets and expand our market presence. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and have one to two years of sales or business development experience. Real estate experience is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, analytical skills, and proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office are required.
