Fembol Group Opens Graduate Trainee Programme for Nigerian Graduates

Fembol Group is recruiting graduates for its Graduate Trainee Programme. The programme offers structured learning, department rotations, practical work experience, coaching and mentorship. Trainees will support operations, research, reporting, client relationships and cross-functional projects. Successful candidates may also gain exposure to logistics, supply chain, technology and business management. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree, completed NYSC and at least five O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings. Candidates should also show strong academic performance, leadership potential and interest in a long-term business career. Eligible applicants can complete the organisation’s online application form.
