Tansian University Founder: Catholic Church’s Silence Is No Longer Golden
Chief Rommy Ezeonwuka, co-founder of Tansian University, has urged the Catholic Church in Anambra to break its silence on the crisis rocking the institution. He alleges that a priest-lawyer altered title documents without consent, claimed ownership of the university and evicted students and congregation members. He says this breaches a court consent judgment and jeopardises his property investment. Ezeonwuka provided land from his company for the takeoff campus and helped shape the university’s identity. He vows to use every legitimate means to reclaim what is rightfully his and calls on church leaders to defend truth and justice.
